I qualified from Leeds University in 1989 and then spent two years working at Leeds General Infirmary gaining further experience in oral surgery.
Next stop was Northern Canada where I worked with the Inuit community until the temperatures reached minus 60 degrees and even Leeds seemed warm compared to that so I came home ! Since 1992 I have worked in general practice and taught part time at Leeds Dental Institute.I am also on the interview panel for students hoping to gain a place to study dentistry at Leeds.
I enjoy being involved in the training of the next generation of dentists, but my real passion is the work I do at Burley House Dental Care. I am incredibly lucky to absolutely love my job and have the greatest bunch of patients I could hope for.

We are situated on one of the main roads into Leeds City Centre. The surgery has its own car park which may be accessed from Knowle Terrace. There are bus stops directly outside the practice and Burley Park train station is a 5 minute walk away.
