Terms & conditions
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of a dental examination. For longer visits more notice is needed. In the event of a genuine emergency there will be no charge. However, in the the event of other cancellations without sufficient notice we will endeavor to fill the time allocated to you with another patient. If we cannot do this we reserve the right to charge for the time lost at our normal hourly rate.The same charges apply to missed appointments.

We are situated on one of the main roads into Leeds City Centre. The surgery has its own car park which may be accessed from Knowle Terrace. There are bus stops directly outside the practice and Burley Park train station is a 5 minute walk away.
